Challenge

Rightway Parking is an online, third-party, and mobile-friendly platform that enables travelers to compare and reserve affordable, off-site, airport and cruise port parking across the US and Canada. It offers vetted, secure spots at hotels and private lots, often providing shuttle services or short walks to terminals at rates lower than on-site options. Challenges that were to be overcome included real-time inventory synchronization, dynamic pricing management and operation fragmentation from the logistics side. While obtaining trust and authority through verified social proof, strategic partnerships (hotels and private lot operators) across 80+ U.S. markets.

Approach

We scoped a strategy and experience refresh focused on clarity, trust, and streamlined booking for travelers. Focused on building a network of vetted parking partners using data-backed methods to drive demand to underutilized lots, effectively turning "dead" real estate into revenue streams.

Outcome

Since 2016 the platform has served over 1 million travelers, with a 90% customer satisfaction rate and a 20% increase in revenue for participating parking partners. As of late 2025, the site received approximately 353,000 monthly visits, reflecting strong organic, brand authority and customer retention
